Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Fraidoon Safi is the visionary founder behind TZNXG. With a deep understanding of emerging technologies and a keen eye for strategic investment opportunities, Mr. Safi has a proven track record in identifying and scaling innovative ventures. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to long-term value creation, ethical governance, and fostering an environment where groundbreaking ideas can thrive. Drawing on his extensive experience in international business, technology venture capital, and capital markets, he guides the strategic direction and global expansion of TZNXG and its portfolio companies.

DR. ELEANOR VANCE

Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Dr. Eleanor Vance oversees TZNXG's global investment strategy, deal origination, due diligence, and portfolio management. With over 20 years of experience in venture capital and private equity, she specializes in disruptive technologies, fintech, and blockchain. Prior to joining TZNXG, Dr. Vance served as Head of Technology Investments at a leading global asset management firm, successfully leading several landmark investments. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Stanford University.

MARCUS THORNE

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Marcus Thorne oversees all financial operations at TZNXG, including financial planning and analysis, capital markets activities, tax, investor relations, and risk management. With over 25 years of financial leadership experience, he has served as CFO at several Fortune 500 technology companies and high-growth startups. Mr. Thorne has an outstanding track record in driving profitable growth, M&A integration, and establishing robust financial control systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

SARAH JENNINGS

Managing Director, Portfolio Value Creation

Sarah Jennings leads the team in working closely with TZNXG's portfolio companies to drive their strategic growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. With a strong background in management consulting and corporate operations, she has advised numerous technology and financial services companies on strategic planning, business transformation, and scaling operations. Ms. Jennings is dedicated to helping founders realize their vision and creating sustainable long-term value for portfolio companies. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

DAVID MILLER

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

David Miller oversees all legal matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance at TZNXG. With over 18 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, venture capital, and intellectual property, he has provided legal counsel to numerous multinational corporations and investment funds. Mr. Miller ensures the company's operations and investment activities meet the highest legal and ethical standards while actively addressing the complex legal environment in the rapidly evolving digital innovation space. He holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
